Required when ordering: your OTO ID

During the ordering process we ask for the number of your fibre socket – the so-called OTO ID.
You will find it right in your home.

B.110.100.1

The fibre socket is usually located in the multimedia distribution box or next to the
existing telephone/TV socket in the living room. The OTO ID starts with A.xxx or
B.xxx (example: B.110.100.1). Please have it ready when ordering.

No fibre socket yet?
No problem – contact us and we will take care of the entire installation for you in
cooperation with Swisscom. There are no costs for you or your landlord or property owner.
Time from order: approx. 4–6 weeks.

Laptop, phone, tablet or smart TV – with the PE5301, all devices in your home are
