This product includes a 1 Gbit/s (1000 Mbit/s) fiber connection – suitable for very
large households, many simultaneous users and demanding applications such as NAS sync or
large cloud backups.
Note: The figures given are typical guideline values per application and are intended as a rough
orientation. Actual requirements depend on the provider, quality settings, device and
usage behavior, and may differ in individual cases. In addition: a single device can only reach
the full speed if its own network card, cable or Wi-Fi standard is fast enough.

During the order process, we ask for the number of your fiber outlet – the so-called OTO ID.
You can find it right at home.
The fiber outlet is usually located in the multimedia distribution box or next to the
existing telephone/TV socket in the living room. The OTO ID starts with A.xxx or
B.xxx (example: B.110.100.1). Please have it ready when you order.
No fiber outlet yet?
No problem – contact us and we will handle the entire installation for you in
cooperation with Swisscom. There are no costs for you or your landlord or property owner.
Duration from order: approx. 4–6 weeks.
The 10 Gbit/s LAN port lets you pass the full line speed over a cable to a
correspondingly fast device. The three other LAN ports are rated for 1 Gbit/s,
and the Wi-Fi speed actually achieved also depends on the individual
device.
